Building the Application Diagram Bottom-Up (Step 1)
Examine all the m-slices used in the application and note all the hyperlinks that are anchored in those m-slices.
The targets of those hyperlinks are m-slices that represent presentation units in the application, e.g. WWW pages.
Place all of them in the application diagram.
